LADY AND THE LAMP
Lady and the Lamp is a series of self portraits that explore my connection to my home space and the objects within it. In Florida, almost every room has a ceiling fan and overhead lighting and yet, through a superficial understanding of home, I continue to keep lamps on every end table. Through these paintings I question traditions that have outlived their usefulness.
